AARP The Perquimans Chapter of the American Association of Retired Persons wUl meet Monday, Aug. 25 at the Senior Center. PCHS class of 1978 reunion The PCHS Class of 1978 will hold a 25-year high school reunion on Aug. 30 at the PCHS cafeteria at 6:30 p.m. Cost is $20 per person. The deadline to register is Aug. 25. Fall foliage trip The Perquimans County Senior Center has a Fall Foliage Trip to Renfro Valley, Ky. Oct. 24 - 26. The trip includes three music shows, Kentucky Music Hall of Fame, Asheville Farmer’s Market, one family-style din ner, two nights lodging, two continental breakfasts and bus transportation. Rates range from $230 - $345 based on room occupancy. A $25 deposit is due by Aug. 22. Call 426-5404 for more information. Blood drive The AARP wiU sponsor a Red Cross blood drive at the Senior Center on Aug. 21, 3-7 p.m. Fall recreation offerings The Recreation Department is offering the following: Men’s Fall SoftbaU: Coaches should get teams, sponsors and $100 registration fee. Play starts in September. Soccer Coaching Clinic: Learn basic skills and tech niques to coach, Aug. 30. Sign up by Aug. 25. Soccer Camp: Starts Sept. 2 for ages 4 and up. Sign up by Aug. 28.
