McSwain who has been spe
cializing in meat cookery dcm
onstrations for more than 1 1
years. She emphasizes less de
manded meat cuts in her stage
presentations.
She will be in Greensboro,
N. C. on May 23, at 2:30 p.m. to
present a program "Avenues to
Good Eating" for Bennett Col
lege students. And she is firmlj
convinced that these avenues
lead to roads of good health.
Mrs. McSwain terms hei
demonstration "a short course
in meat cookery" but she does
n't attempt to cover everything
about meat from market to
mealtime.
