Tuesday, Feb. 9, 1971 at 2:00
p.m. from Beulah Baptist Church
in Madison, N. C. Burial followed
in Moore's Cemetery in Madison.
The funeral processional
left Hargett's Funeral Home at
1:00 P.M. enroute to Madison.
Survivors are: his wife, Mrs.
Arabella Winchester Moore of
the home, four daughters, Mrs.
Geraldine Scales of Madison, N.

for GI home loans?
A ? Yes. Unused, expired
entitlement for widows of World
War II veterans, as well as for
veterans themselves, was revived
by recent legislation.
Q ? My husband has a total
and permanent disability from
a service-connected injury. Can
my children be recipients of VA
educational assistance?
A ? It is likely that you and
your children are eligible for
assistance to wives and children
of deceased or totally and permanently
disabled veterans. Apply
to your nearest VA office.
Q ? I am eligible for training
under the VA vocational rehabilitation
program. Is it possible
for me to take part-time
training under the program?
A ? Yes. This has been possible
since July 26, 1968.
Q ? I am a Vietnam veteran
discharged May 2. 1967, attending
school under the GI Bill.

loan benefit?
A ? No. The availability of
the home loan benefit is not
affected by the education benefit
