.Attend Rites For L. M. Hoffman < : 1 i. A number from Kings Mountain Attended the Ifuneral services Tuesday for L. M. Hoffman, prominent man of Dallas, and brother of Mrs. JN. K. Mauney, of this place. Mr. Hoffman, )?a|ge 67;, died ?>uv?-1? -I- ? way, luiiuwing a long period ol ill health. Funeral service* were conducted Tuesday morning at the Dallas Baptist. church and Interment made in "the Luit.rsau cemetery, by the grav ?s of the deceased's parents, Baban Miles lloffmun, Sr., and Jennie Jen kins Hoffman. Mr. Hoffman was a member of a prominent pioneer family. Surviving are one brother. Dr. Ernest J. Hoffman of Washington. p. C.. and one sister. Mrs. W. K. ,l?rtt rrf-'.
