Long, also of Coun il, is soon completing his sixth year < if service with the United States tsvy. He has been in a number of najor engagements in the Pacific and sa survivor of the ill-fated Lexingon. The show will be held at the Cherryville high school ball park, and a large number of entries are anticipated, according to Bill Fitzhugh, chairman of the committee.
