Shall Cleveland County accept the conveyaaee to It of the Shelby Hospital owned by Number Sin Town hip in Cleveland County and arnmi all ^outstanding indebtedness of said Number Six Towgship which was in eurred for the purpose of erecting aid hospital, said indebtedness eon sisting of 040,000 Hospital Bonds ol Number Sfx Township, dated May 1, 1022, bearing interest at 6 percent pee annnm and maturing annually, May, 1, $3,000, 1040 to 1901, inclmlve, and levy a county-wide property tax without limitation as to .rate or amount for the payment of the principal of and the interest on said indebtedness? 2. If a majority of the qualified registered voters of Cleveland County shall vote in favor of tire assumption by Cleveland County of the outstanding indebtedness of Number 8lx Township as set forth la question numbered 1 above, shall an order ^finally passed May SI, .1045, author of Cleveland County for paying the cost of remodeling and enlarging the buildings which now constitute the Shelby Hospital, aad erecting aew buildings for said hospital, including Ah. ....UUU. Shall an order finally pasted May 21, 1945, authorizing not exceeding $160,000 bonds of Cleveland County for paying the cost of orecting and equipping a county hospital in the City of Kings Mountain, including the acquisition ST necessary land, and a tax for said bonds, be approved? 4. If a majority of the qualified registered voters of Cleveland County shall vote in favor of the assumption by Cleveland County of the outstanding Indebtedness of Number Six Township as set forth in question numbered 1 above, or if a majority of the qualified registered voters of Cleveland Connty shall vote in favor of the approval of the bond order .^mentioned in question Numbered 3 above/ shall an ad valorem tax not greater than five eent* on the one hqndred dollars amassed valuation of taxable property in the County of Cleveland be levied and collected annually for the purpose of maintaining any such hospital or hospitals from year to yearf ' > Questions numbered 2 and 3 as hereinabove set forth contain a statement of the purpose for which the bonds are authorized by the order referred to in said questions. If said bonds are issued a tax will be levied for the payment of the principal and interest thereof on all taxable property in the County of Cleveland. A new registration has been orderad and no one will be permitted to vote unless registered anew. The books for sueh new registration will remain open from 0:00 A. M. until 6:00 P.
