Bonnie Community Club Has Outing The Bonnie Community club bad ta annual chicken supper at Lake Crawford Saturday evening. The adies cooked the supper out of doors ind served it picnic style, then they i injoyed, swimming and a watermelon ;utting. Keith Hudson, of High Point, who, according to a press dispatch of July 10, parachuted while uncon- 1 scions from a stricken B-29 Super i Fortress on a cross country flight j is a cousin of Mrs. Boyer Murray and j has other relatives in Kings Moun- d tain, it was learned this week. J The huge B-29 was abandoned by *1 its nearly asvphixiated crew at an altitude of 9,500 feet. Lt. Hudson, already overcome by gasettne fumes, was pushed out of the plane by the j ^ pilot. The rush of air revived Hud-j" son, but he was injured in landing.
