The accident occurred about 6:40, bat the driver and only occupant, H. XL Peyton, of Toccoa, Oa, climbed out of the cab wftb only a knee scratch to show for the accident. It was thought the accident was caused by a shifting of the lrelght in the truck which was laden with 25,000 pounds of nails and hardware.
