Hundreds of cheeks for benefit payments are being .returned undelir ered because the veteran has moved or hoe submitted an ineorrect address. Most of these checks are for subsistence allowances. Regulations do not allow Postmasters to forward these checks. Failure to report -address changes means delays before the ghecks are received. These address changes changes should be reported as early in the month as possible.
