Cline Miss Aleene Hambright, of Charloate, formerly of Kings Mountain, * and Ralph Johnston Cline, also of Charlotte, were united in marriage 'in a charming ceremony which took place Sunday afternoon at 5 o'clock at the Homestead Methodist church in Charlotte. The vows were heax * uy Rev. J. L. Bayle, pastor ot the church. The dou bit ring ritual was used and vcrws were exchanged before a background of palms, woodwardia fern in floor baskets and white cathedral tapers in seven branched candel abra. White satin standards marked the pews reserved for special guests. Nuptial music was provided by Miss Doris Edwards at the piano and R. E. Wilson, vocal soloist. Prior to the ceremony Miss Edwards play ed "The Rosary," "I Love You Truly' and "The Sweetest Story Every Told' and Mr. Wilson sang "Because" and "All For You." The wedding march from Lohengrin was used for the processional and Mendelsshon's march for the recessional. The soft Strains of "The Indian Love Call" were heard during the ceremony and Mr. Wilson sang "Seal Us, O Holy Spirit" a? the benediction. Given in marriage by her father, the bride was lovely in a gown o? white marquisette over taffeta, fash ioned Willi sweetheart neckline, fit ted bodice and full skirt with ruffles running from the waist in ihfe back to the bottom of the skirt and extending into a graceful train.
