Roberts, President of the Carolint Motor Club, "will begin examining their vehicles now and make anj repairs needed to pass the Norti Carolina Motor Vehicles Mechani cal Inspection which commences or January 1,1948." The Inspection law passed by th< 1947 General Assembly provide: that every North Carolina motor ve hide must be inspected once during 1948 and twice a year thereafter. "Motorists who have already beer re-examined for driving licenses,' says Mr. Roberts, ''have found oui that the State means business in it: highway safety program.
