Five Coses Heard In Monday Session A total of five cases were heard and tried and several were con tinued in Recorder's Court Man day afternoon at City Hall, Judge Ector A. Ilarrill presided. A count against W. S. Van Dyke. of Savannah, Ga., charged with false pretense, was dismiss ed for lack of evldehce. Kenneth Gamble Hutchlns, charged with running through a red light, paid the costs. Varlte Cunningham, of Char lotte, charged with speeding and Improper lights, was taxed with the costs. A case against Jack Rhodes, charged with forgery and delive ry, wa* dismissed. v Willie CientOn, Jr., charged with assault on a female, was taxed with the costs on the condi tions that he be of good behavior, work and provide adequate sup port for his wife and children and not break any lays of the City of Kings Mountain or North Caro lina. for a period of one year. Two defendants were found guilty of public drunkenness and we're taxed with the cysts. Cases continued Included: Nathan R.
