Mrs. Darracott Fetes La Fete Rook Club Mrs. Robert Miller and Mrs. C. A. Butterworth were Invited to play with members of the La Fete Rook club on Tuesday night> with Mrs. J. G. Darracott as hostess, Bowls of camellias. Jonquils and apple blossoms were used, as room decorations. Tables were ap pointed and when all had assem bled the hosufsa was assisted In serving a frozen salad course, chicken salad sandwiches and oth er party accessories with Russian tea, strawberry chiffon pie was passed for the dessert course. Each of the tables had an ar rangement of pansles for the cen ter. * Entre Nous Club Met In Mayes Home Mrs. Charles Thomasson was Invited to play with members of the Entre Nous club when it met Tuesday afternoon with Mrs. H. C. Mayes. Artistic arrangements ol glads and other cut blossoms made a festive setting for the meetiivg. At the<comparlson of tallies it was revealed high score was held by Mrs. Thomasson with Mrs. J. H. Arthur runner up for second high. After the second progression a sweet course was served with coffee. Mrs. C. F. Thomasson Entertains Club The Twin Table bridge club met Tuesday night with Mrs. Charles Thomasson in the private dining room at the Country Club. Qor geous bowls of glads with kindred blossoms gave a festive air to the room. When guests assembled a con gealed salad course and a sweet course was served with Russian tea. Places were found.. Four progressions of bridge were play e d with Mrs. N. F. McGIIl received high score prize, Mrs. O. W. Myers was run ner Up for second high. Mrs. W. B. Shutt received visitor's high Mrs. L. P. Stowe was the winner at bingo. Mrs. Shutt, Mrs. Stowe and Mrs. B. B. Speidel were Invited to play with the members. Dr. And Mrs. Reed Bridge Ctub Hosts A variety of spring flowers were used by Mrs: Reed to give a festive air to her home on Tues day night when members of the King of Hearts assembled for their weekly game of bridge. When scores were added at the close of the progressions high score for ladles was held by Mrs, Gene Timms, Johnnie Kerns was high scorer for the gentlemen. Iced colas, cake, cookies, piemento cheese straws, and potato chips were served. A bowl of mixed tulips completed the color motif. Heavenly hash made with pastel marshmellows, cheese straws and cups of nuts served with Russian tea. High score award went to Mrs. Henry Nelsler second high to Mrs. Ted Ramsey. Tuesday Bridge Club Met With Mrs, Neisler The Tuesday afternoon bridge club met this week with Mrs. Hunter Neisler. Arrangements of tulips and daf fodils added a spring note of color to the party rooms. A salad course with party dan ties was served during the after noon.
