Choir Practice Mrs. Biittingham Passes Friday Mrs. Dorothy Biittingham, 41, resident of San Francisco, Cali fornia died at her home last Fri day after an illness of several months. She Is the wife of Sgt. William Brittlngham, stationed with the United States Army in Germany. The body will be brought here to Harris Funeral home Friday morning and funeral services, which are incomplete, wij be held Saturday or Sunday. Surviving in addition to her husband are two step sons, Wood row McEntlre, stationed with the United States Army in Germany and Dock McEntlre of Kings Mountain; four step daughters, Mrs, John Foster, Mrs. Cletus Long, Mrs, Frank Glass, and Miss Delia McEntlre, all of Kings Mountain. Sylvania's 3rd Flash Photo Contest Opens A 1953 Nash Rambler Custom Convertible, a 21" Sylvania tele vision console, a Bell and Howell 8mm movie projector outfit, room air conditioner, boys' and girls' bikes, and photo supplies are in cluded in the more than one hun dred prizes offered in the third annual flash photography con test sponsored by Sylvania Elec tric Products Inc. The theme of the 1953 contest which is open to amateurs of all ages, is "Folks Are Fun" according to Wilson Griffin of Griffin Drug Co. "This is one contest that the whole family can get in on," said Mr. Griffin, "shots of people be ing funny, enjoying games, par ties, hobbies ? children playlng-^ ln fact, any photo of people hav ing fun can win a wonderful prize.
