Mrs. Paul Mauney, Mrs. J. B. Simpson, and Mrs. Luther Cans ler gave a "Get Acquainted" pro gram. Mrs. J. B, Keeter, program chairman, had Compiled year books for the group and present ed them to feach member. Mrs. Cansler, department chair man, presided over the business session. A letter from the Kings Mountain Ministerial Association was read, urging that department to promote city-wide church at tendance during October 3- No vember 28. The department also voted to assist in serving luncheort at the district IV meeting Wednesday at the Woman's ciub. Twenty member 8 attended. The mfeeting closed with prayer. Park Grace School P-TA To Hold Meeting Monday The first meeting of the. Park Grace school P-TA for the 1954 55 school torm will be held Mon day night at 7:30 at the school auditorium, according to an nouncement by the school prin cipal, Mrs. J. C. Nickels. All parents and teachers are invlttd to attend the meeting, Mrs. Nickels said. Program for the meeting was not announced.
