Headed HOME!
When your family is returning from a trip, or an afternoon outing throu
gh the countryside, are you headed HOME? Your own home, we mean.
Or are you returning to a house owned by somebody else?
If you haven't yet learned the good feeling of home ownership, the real
inner satisfaction which comes to those families who live under their
own roofs, perhaps you need to see us.
Our specialty is making home owners out of Kings Mountain citizens,
a pleasant chore we've been handling in ever-increasing number since
1907. Many people look over their budgets and decide without too thor
ough a check that they "can't afford"to become home owners.
Others take a second look, examine our convenient, reasonable loan
terms and re-payment schedules, and find that, after all, they can fit a
home of their own into scheme of living.
We invite you to visit our office and tell us your financing needs on a
new home. Many have done it Many are doing it. And odds are you can
do it too.
