As the saying goes: "A man's home is his castle,” and Pop is king in
his brand new home purchased the Kings Mountain Savings and Loan
way.
£ Of course, the rest of the family feels regal too.
This family will live royally in its modem new home . .. two baths,
garage, play area (indoors and out), a den, built in appliances, all sea
son air-conditioning ... much better than in a drafty, broken down
castle.
How about your dream castle? Think you can't afford it? Many
Kings Mountain area citizens who came to us with little expectation of
being able to get their needed home are now on the road to occupancy.
The facts are correct:
1) We have money to lend for residential and commercial build
ing.
2) We have a loan committee that works efficiently and promptly. J
3) Red Tape is at the barest necessary minimum.
4) We do have many, many variable re-payment plans. 1
Kings Mountain area citizens have been becoming home owners
through the services of the association since 1907.
