Mr. Paul Allen of Grover visit ed his mother. Mi's. IBen Allen last Sunday. Mi. Huffman's Rites Conducted Funeral services for Arden Jer ry Huffman, 59, of 701 W. Gold .street, were held Sunday wt 3 p. m. Ax>:n Rosewood iiane Baptist church, interment following with military rites in Arm lining Me morial cemetery, Gastonia. Mr. Huffman died Wednesday eft ills home following a heart attack. He was a ndtive of Swain county, eon of it'lie late Mr. and Mns. John Huffman. He was a veteran of World War II. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Fanny Styles Huffman; one son, Franklin Huffman of Gas tonia; six daughters, Mrs. Le muel Whisnartt, Gastonia, Mrs. David Ramsey. Mrs. J. C. Setters, Mns. Norman Ramsey, all of Cherryville, Mrs. Sb&rlene Ma lone of Kings Mountain, and Mns. Ray Hester Benton of Ar kansas. Two hratiiens, Charles Huffman of Sylvia and Fountain Huffman of Norfolk, Va„ and three aisttens, Mrs. Vada Mull, Mrs. James Ploss, and Mrs. Char les Bowers, all of Canton, also survive. Rev.
