NOTICE OF SALE FOR TAXES
Under and by virtue of the power vested in me by the
laws of the State of North Carolina, particularly by Chap
ter 310 of the Public Laws of 1939, as amended, and pur
suant to an order by the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Kings Mountain, North Carolina, I will offer for
sale and will sell at public auction, for cash, to the high
est bidder, at the City Hall door in the City of Kings Moun
tain, North Carolina, at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, September
10,1962, liens upon the real estate described below for the
non-payment of taxes owing for the year 1961. Identifica
tion of the real estate, the name of the person listing same,
and the amount of the lien is shown below. Reference is
made to the office of the Register of Deeds of Cleveland
County and in the office of the Tax Supervisor of this City
for more particular description of said real estate. And
notice is hereby given that the amounts of the liens set
out below are subject to the addition of interest, as pro
vided by law, and also all costs of this sale. This the 13th
day of August, 1962.
