They learn respect of the good earth which, if not erod ed and distorted, will sustain their future lives. Scouts also learn the give and take of community living and the understanding pf their fellow men. This knovyledge is import ant to girls if they are to- live peacefully in the crowded world of the future. Emphasis is also put on the spiritual and the physical well being of campers. In recognition of the fact that all knowledge is fruitless without energy to put it to use, the physical well-being of Scous is enhanced with hiking, I boating, swimming, tennis, arch- I ery, and other outdoor sports. I The spiritual life of a girl !s enriched with Scout’s Own, a non- dbnominational inspirational ser vice conducted by the girls under the direction of adult leadership. In true Scout fashion, activities are planned around the interests of each group. Camp Rotary offers a splendid setting to accomplish the goals of Girl Scouting and has been widely recognized by educators as a sound means of helping girls establish attitudes and habits that will affect their actions for the rest of their lives. m m 4^ NIS CENTER CUT LOIN ■a W-D BRAND U.
