As soon a.' the machine has stopped, remove the articles and put them on wooden or wire hangers. Weil- shaped hangers are best. Do not use plastic hangers. Miss Lee cautions The cleanin.g solvent remaining in damp gar ments will so ten the plastic, al lowing it to stick to the fabric. . For effective soil removal, pre treat garments before machine dry cleaning. Mend all rips and tears. Close zippers. Brush pockets, cuffs and seams to re move loose soil and lint. Turn sweaters and other knitwear in side out. Sort articles by weight and color.
