Afti-r sleep comes, the right bedding will hel|) you change your position during the ' night. This may happen as often as 45 times a night, and it is na ture’s way of giving all your miis- cle.s a chance to relax. If you “fight youi mattress’’ it's not right for you. ' Support is as important as com- . tort. Too soft a mattress gives iin- ! proper support. This may load loi low back pain and muscle fatigue. 1 i One too hard may not conform to your body’s contours, may cause i strains and 'hollows’ in the small' ot the back. Tito proper mattress should have surface sefiness to provide^ gentle grading, help relax mus- I eles, and relieve tensions. ' Soft but firm, these are the I keys. Any sagging and it's lime j for a mattress change. UNPLANNED PREGNANCIES i HIT AS 'SOCTAL CANCER’ Ixtndon. Eng. That ’ same year there were 67.000 il- I legitimate births in England and ' Wales. j Dr. Morris estimated that 100,- I 000 illegal abortions ate pertoim- j ed annually in his country. ■Alumni Teaching Excellence I Awards, campus beautification I and an emergency scholarship I fund. .\nother physician urged that all medical students receive Ixtsic instruction and Intormation on laiuily pliinning .so that Huy would lx.' equippc'd to hedp li.c'ii patients si this vital ama of their lives.
