S/Sgt. and Mrs. Charles Abbott announce the ar
rival of twin sons, Adrien Wayne and Charles Everette
Abbott, August 14th, Kings Mountain hospital.
S.'Sgt. Abbott is on duty with the USAF in Viet
nam. His wife and sons are residing with Mr. and Mrs.
Wayne Burton and two-year-old son, Shane, 601 Jack-
son street. Adrien Wayne is named for Mr. Burton and
young Shane.
Mr. and Mrs. Freddie Nichols are visiting parents
of Mr. Nichols in Long Beach, California for two weeks.
Mrs. Nichols is the former Diane Hope.
Mr. and Mrs. Francis O. Hunt of Lexington spent
the weekend with Mrs. Hunt's father, Wray Williams.
Mrs. Clarence L. Jolly, Sr. and Mrs. James Downey
will be hostesses at the former's home Thursday (to
night) at 7:30 to the regular meeting of the American
Legion Auxiliary.

the Marine Corps Air Station at Beauford, S. C.

their home after spending a week with the former's
mother, Mrs. Dwight Gaines and Mr. Gaines at their
home on Hartwell Lake, Toccoa, Ga.
