The James Rushings are gone.. on vacation that is and that's where all the Craftspun fami lies are this week. July 4 means fun and sun for everyone at Craftspun and youll find them everywhere from the beaches to the mountains. Some of them are even going to both. Such is the case of the James Rushing family. As you might guess by the picture, they love outdoor life ond they enjoy it by comping. The Rushings hove Lecn comping for severol years now ond know all the tricks of the trade. James says the modern day camper hos all the conveniences of home, power and water at your camp site, clean showers ond restrooms certainly add to the comforts of camping. He has also ac cumulated about every piece of }U equipment needed for a suc cessful camping trip. Their comping trips hove taken them os far north as Pennsylvania ond as for south as MiomL Florido. James states thot you meet some of the finest people in the world on comping trips. Everyone is always eager to be friendly and helpful. Another enjoyable thing about camping is meol time. There's some thing about the great outdoors that makes anything you eat taste just great. This week the Rushings ore enjoying their vacation. Next week James will return to his job at Craftspun Yams Com pany as foreman of the cotton warehouse. He has been em ployed at Craftspun only a year now and just recently graduat ed from Belmont Textile School completing a course in Yarn Manufacturing.
