To the first baby born to Kings Mountain area par ents these firms are honoring with many, many valu able gifts as detailed on these pages. Who will be the 1970 winner and how can he or she win? Here are the rules: 1) Winning baby must be born in the Kings Moun tain area. 2) Parents must be residents of the Kings Mountain area. 3) Exact time of birth must be specified in a state ment by attending physician. 4) All applicants must be received in the Kings Mountain Herald Office by January 10, 1970. 5) In event of a tie, awards will be distributed by a contest committee. 6) All decisions of the contest committee will be final.
