The signup period, will continue through March 20. , Objectives of these voluntary! farm programs include strengthen ing and stabilizing farm prices, and keeping production in line with demand. Wheat, feed grains, and cotton I occupy over half the h.arvesled ! cropland in tlje UAlted Slates, ilecretary of Agriculture Clifford M.
