BAZAAR PLANNING
Women of Central Methodist church are hard
at work on plans for a big December I bazaar to be
held at the church educational bulidlnq. Mrs. Carl
Mayes and Mrs. J. H. Arthur are general chairmen of
the event — which begins at 2 p.m. and features an
evening meal — and Mrs. C. J. Gault, Jr. and Mrs. W,
M. Gantt are heading the arrangements committee.
Christmas gifts, tree ornamenls, tablecloths, poc-
ketbooks, works of embroidery, canned goods, and
homemade goodies are a sample of what Ihe women
are creating In their sewing rooms and kitchens for
tho holld ay event.
