It is going to take study, planning and exper ience to solve our problems. Gov. Bob Scott has appointed a com mittee to study the no fault plan (vhich could possibly be a solution to some of the insurance prob lems. ‘T have studied the no-fault plans now in force in other dates and, while some of them have merit, I am convinced that there should be a better plan for North Carolina.
