The neckline, sleeves and empire waist were trimmed with clusters of pearls and crystals. After a wedding trip- to Jaoan, Hong Kong and Thailand, the couple will be at home in Troy, Michigan. Bell cf (Mount Holly, formerly of Kings Mountain, were honored on their Golden Wedding day Sunday at a reception from 2 until 5 p. m. at their homo. Children of Mr. and Mrs. Bell were hosts. Miss Verna Smith and Mark Bell were at tWe front door to greet guests and Mrs. Vernon Smith received with her parents in the living ro^m. Mrs. Ted Bell invited callers to the refreshment table where Miss Elaine Bell and Miss Marcia Smith ser\ed pKinch. Mrs. Harold Adams, moth er of Mrs. Ted Bell, cut the cake and Mrs. Jim Bell and Mrs. Carl 'Bell opened and displayed gifts. Goodbyes were said to Jimmy 'Bell and Miss Teresa 'Bell. The refreshment table in the dining room was centered by a three tier gold and w h'.te anni versary cake dcKTorated with gold roses, swans, a gold bride and bridegroom figurine and the numerals 50 in gold on the top tier. Jeffrey Wayne Bolin, son of Mr. and Mrs. Her man Bolin, celebrated his second birthday April 22nd.
