Caucus, since its organiza

in behalf of the needs of the
people of our nation's rural
and small town areas. Too
often In the past. Congress
had adopted legislation
which provided benefits
for our nation's large
metropolitan areas while
too often leaving our small
town and rural areas to
fend for themselves.”
