Oacker meal, approxi

Ketchup, approximately

Mix the above and form
meatballs the sUe of
walnuts. ’Ihen Into pot put
the following:
% box brown sugar
1 large can shredded
sauerkraut
1 large onion, diced
1 can tomato sauce
Cook over medium heat
80 min. Add meatballs.
Cook for 1 to hour.

8 yellow onions
1 T cooking oil
8 lb. ground chuck
11. salt
hi t black pepper
H t cayenne pepper
1 T Chiu powder
11. paprika
8 cans tomatoes
3 cans red kidney beans
1 can tomato paste
1 cup water
IT Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco
Pinch of sugar
Saute onions and garUc
In oU. Remove. Brown
ground chuck. Meat should
be slse of grape seeds. Add
seasonings, onions, garilc
and other Ingredients.
Simmer for one hour.

1 lb. ground lean meat
(or more)
hi, cup evaporated milk
hi cup bread crumbs
Mix and spread on pizza
pan K to H inch thick.
Sprinkle with garUc salt
and oregano. Poilr one can
pizza sauce on top.
Sprinkle wdlh moszoreUa
and Cheddar cheese. Add
mushrooms If you like.
Bake at 436 degrees untU
cheese melts. Serve with
tossed salad and French
bread.

PORK CHOPS

1 box Uncle Ben’s WUd
Rice
1 can cream of
mushroom soup
1 can Chinese vegetables
(drain)
8 T soy sauce
1 cup water
Pork Chops
Mix all Ingredients
together. Arrange pork
chops on top at lice mix-
ture. Pepper the pork
chops. Do not cover. Cook
for ihi hrs. at 836 degrees.
1111! Is great to mix ahead
and serve for company.

8 hard boiled eggs,
chopped
1 cup boned chicken ( I
use two 6 oz. cans)
3 T grated onion
8 T chopped stuffed
oUves
3 T pickle relish
hi cup mayonnaise
6 hamburger buna
Combine suid flU buns.
Wrap IndivlduaUy In foil.
ReMgerate. Warm at 800
degrees for 16 min. Serves
6. This la a good do ahead
recipe. One chunk tuna
may be substituted for
chicken. lOds love them!

1 cup catsup or tomato
paste
1 regular size Coke or
other brand soft drink
Combine catsup and
Coke, pour over chicken
pieces In skillet. Cover and
cook slowly for 1 hour. ’This
Is a tremendous favorite of
children.

4 squares semi-sweet
baking chocolate
3 sticks margarine
1% cups broken pecans
cups sugar
4 large eggs, beaten
I cup unsifted plain flour
II vanilla
Melt chocolate and
butter In pan. Add nuts and
stir until well coated.
Combine sugar, flour,
eggs, and vanilla. Do not
beat. Add chocolate nut
mixture and again mix
carefully, not beating. Fill
paper baking cups 2-8 full
and bake 326 degrees 10
minutes.

8 sticks real butter

6 eggs
8 cups flour
4 T cocoa

hi t baking powder
1 cup sweet milk
1 T vanilla
Cream sugar aatf
shortening. Add eggs OM
at a time. Beat at No. Twh
speed for two minutes. gW
flour, cocoa, salt and
baking powder together.
Add flour mixture and
milk altematedly to first
mixture. Beat two minutes
more and add vanilla.
Bake one hour 16 mht. at
336 degrees.
