Kings Mountain area,
according to police
reports.
Jerry Boyd Nlcholsan,
Jr., of Rt. 9, has been
charged with felonious
possession of marijuana
and felonious possession of
marijuana with Intent to
sell and deliver.
Nicholson waa arrested
at his home at 9:90 p. m.
Friday by Sgt. B. R.
McKinney, Sgt. Jim
Norman and Sgt. Wilbur
Benton.
He is tree on $1,600 bond
and hearing has been
slated for March 94.
County deputies also
charged Olenn Buell
Canigan, Jr. of Rt. 9, with
simple possession of
marijuana at 0 p. m.
Friday.
He posted bond of $400
