attempted to give the
young man a parking
ticket for Improper
parking on Watterson
Street at 2:20 p. m. Mon
day.
"He was Illegally parked
in hla 1M9 Chevelle and I
stopped to talk with him,
probably would not have
given him a ticket but he
sped off, shouting thsd he
hadn’t done anything,”
said Ivey.
