Tournaments of all kinds, contests, swim ming, pie throwing. Ice cream eating contests, pet shows, and many other events were on tap. "Grandfather Mountain Cloggers”, professional sky divers, nationally known"hoUerlng” cham pions, Mr. Qalaxle of Melodies, a one man the girls' mother, Mrs. Jene Jenkins, are sisters. Mrs. Jenkins plans to lain the girls hi mid-July. W. Woden and children, Chrlstl Ann and Frederick. Tammy and Julie, ages six and five, flew by Eastern Whlsperjet, all alone, from Charlotte’s Douglas Airport to Washington National Airport. This was their first plane trip and they were In air approxlmataly one hour.
