Clyde Bearden of Kings Mountain have been named to leadership roles In the Gardner-Webb Annual College Fund^ Fifty-four representa tives from various graduating classes of Gardner Webb College met recently on campus for a training academy that will Involve them and their classmates In the Annual Fund. Ihe campaign begins this fall and extends through June.. The Annual College Fund Is an ongoing Police Science G>iir8e Is Announced A 1976 hour baste police science course will begin Mon., Sept. 26, from 6 to 10 p. m., at Kings Mountain High School. The class will meet Monday through Friday, from Sept. 26 through Nov. 28, Cap tain J. D. Barrett of the Kings Mountain Police Department will serve as the course Director. Various Instructors and special resource persons will be used throughout the course. This Is a basic certifica tion school and registra tion will be limited to law enforcement per sonnel and members of police reserve units, sponsored by Cleveland Tech. program to attract annual gifts to help pay the day-to-day costa of the College,” Rev.
