h' About City Codes Do You Have Questions? City Codes Director A1 Moretz said his office is receiving complaints from the street department concerning curb pickups. The complaints concern tree limbs, Moretz said. “Under the city codes (Section 10-29), it is spelled out how citizens are dump such things as tree limbs, cuttings and the like for pickup by city crews,” Moretz said. “If citizens have questions on the codes they should contact the rr^ ' * ' ■ ^ codes office for information." The code states: (A) Tree limbs, cuttings, shrubbery, etc., of more than one load will be hauled at such times as trucks are available; provided, that such limbs, etc., are cut in lengths that can be handled by two men, and placed on the front corner of the owner’s or tenant’s property nearest the street right-of-way. Judge James M. Bailey sentenced Eddins to eight years in prison ws a youthful offender in the first case and two years in the secondkase to begin at the expiration of the first sentence. The second sentence was suspended for five years and Eddins was given five years probation. Judge Bailey also recom mended that Eddins receive immediate psychiatric examination and that any indicated treatment be given Eddins while in prison. The Woodbridge resident was charged as the result of an incident involving a five- year-old girl and a six-year- old girl in the Woodbridge community on Nov. 1, 1977, according to testimony by Cleveland County Youth Officer Grady Goode and Deputy Garland Clary.
