The resolution reads:

program of activities to
sharpen cltlsen awareness
of crime's terrible toll and

adopted and followed,
significantly counter
crime In our community;

Mountain, I do hereby
proclaim that National
Crime Prevention Week
shall be observed
throughout the community
beginning on February
13th and continuing
through February 18,1978,
to seriously focus clUsen
attention on our great
need as well as our proven
ability to encounter crime
In our community; and
furthermore, I urge every
cltlsen to support all
awq;>ects of the Exchange
Club of Shelby, Kings
Mountain Police Depart
ment, and Kings Mountain
React group's continuing
counter crime program
and to take fun advantage
of the beneficial
