Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees F.) 25-30 minutes; 6-B servings. 6 cups stuffing mix IMi to 2 cups water Vi cup chopped onion Vi cup chopped celery 3 tablespoons butter Vi cup flour 2Vi cups undiluted Vi teaspoon poultry seasoning evaporated milk Vi cup sliced stuffed green olives Combine stuffing mix with water, using only enough liquid to moisten. Mix wdl. Press into buttered 12 x 7Vi x 2-inch baking dish. Bake in hot oven (400 degrees F.) 10 minutes. Saute onion and cdery in butter; add flour. Blend well, then gradually stir in milk. Stir over low heat, until sauce thickens. Add ronaining ingredienU.
