Add to hot soup. Add cottage cheese and stir. Add other Ingredients. Chill until set. CBUNCHT ORIENTAL CHICKEN 1 can (30 - OB.) plne^iple chunks hi cup chopped green pepper hi cup chopped onion hi cup celery slices hi cup butter hi cup brown sugar, JpckeA-,.® ■ ... -nq a tablaopoons cornstarch hi teaspoon salt 3 tablespoons soy sauce hi teaspoon Wor cestershire sauce 1 broUer-fryer (8 lb.) chicken, cut up Hot cooked rtce Crushed potato chips, optional Drain pineapple reserving syrup. Add water to syrig) to make IVi ciQM. Saute green pepper, onion, and celery In butter kmlnutes. Stir In combined brown sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Add soy sauce, Worcestershire, and pineapple sydup. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring con stantly. Add pineapple. Plsuse chicken In 18 x 8 - Inch baking pan. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake In a preheated 876 degree F. oven 1 hour. Place chicken on serving platter. Serve pineapple sauce over rice. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips. If desired. 4 to 6 servings. OOTTAOE WAUMRF SALAD Ihi cups cubed apples 3 teaspoons lemon juice 1 cup cottage cheese hi cup dairy sour cream hi cup chapped walnuts hi teaspoon celery seed hi teaspoon salt Toss applss with lemon juice. Add cottage cheese, sour cream, nuts, and seasonings; mix lightly. Chill. Serve on lettuce and garnish with apple slices. If desired. 4 to 6 servings. PEANUT MUNCHIES hi cup butter 84 marshmallows hi cup chunk-style peanut butter 3 squares (1 os. each), unsweetened chocolata 8 cups sugar-coated com flakes Melt butter and mar shmallows In 8-quart asuicepan over low heat. Add peanut butter and chocolata; sUr until melted and blended. Add cereal, mix until coated. Press mixture Into buttered 8- Ineh square pan. Chill. Cut Into bars.
