laws of the state of North Carolina, particularly by
Chapter 806 of the aeaslon laws of 1972, as amended by
chapters 981,982,1121,1162, and 1168 of the session laws
ct 1978 and pursuant to an order of the board of com
missioners of the city of Kings Mountain, North
OsroUna, I will offer for sale and will sell at public
auction for cash to the highest bidder, at the city hall
door In the city of Kings Mountain In North Carolina, at
10 a. m. on Monday, June 12, 1978, liens upon the real
estate described below. Identification of the real estate,
the name of the person listing same and the amount of
the Uen Is shown below. Reference is made to the office
of Register of Deeds of Cleveland County and in the
office of the tax supervisor of this city for more par
ticular description of said real estate. The amount of
the Uen wlU be increased by interest and costs and the
omission of interest and costs from their city of Kings
Mountain claims for these items. No bid wlU be
received unless it is at least equal to the principal
amount of taxes advertised plus interest and costs
accrued thereon at the date of sale.

Plantation surrounded by
her Court.
