Baty, well-known nature photographer from Knoxville, Tenn., will present a one-man exhibition of his photography at the Schiele Museum of Natural History and Planetarium. Baty has traveled ex- ten Ively throughout the U.S. photographing National Parks and has for the past five years worked exclusively on his up coming picture book of the Qreat Smoky Mountains. Baty will present a live slide-lecture program on Sun., March 11, at 8 and 4 p.m. In the Museum’s Learning Center Auditorium. This program Is open to the public and no admission fee will be charged. The Cub Scouts raced their handmade cars to the finish line in a big race In which 38 Boy Scouts participated. Trophies went to Morris, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bob Morris, first place winner; Hamrick, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Hamrick, second place winner; Moore, son of Mr. and Mrs. Rick Moore, third place winner; and Stone, son of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Stone, Jr., fourth place winner.
