Betty Jo BeU Ross, 34, of Rt. 4, was charged with murder In the Jan. 36 shooting death of her estranged husband, Randolph Ross. The fatal shooting, according to Mrs. Ross, came after several hours of physical abuse at the hands of her estranged husband. At the time of the shooting, police had been caUed earlier that evening to remove Ross from his wife’s home. Mrs. Ross told poUce Ross returned later and broke Into the house. Judge George W.
