The ceremonies will be keynoted by guest speaker General Carl D. Wallace, Adju- tant General, Tennessee Army National Guard. The Four-state historic route followed by the frontiersman of defeated their British foes was recognized two years ago as a Natinal Historic Trail and plann- ing to preserve and mark original remaining segments of the trail continues. Members of the Overmoun- tain Victory Trail Associatin will be on hand to participate in the program which is open to the public and will be held at the park visitor center.
