York.
The bride is the daughter of
Joe Ann McDaniel of Kings
Mountain and Fred A.
McDaniel, Jr. of Tega Cay,
South Carolina. She is grand-
daughter of Maude Rhea
Walker and the late O.0. Walker,
and Mrs. and Mrs. F. Atwood
McDaniel, Sr., all of Kings
Mountain.
The Bridegroom is the son of
Syliva Kauffman of Charlotte
and C.E. Brown, Sr. of High
Point.
The birde chose Carolyn
Hughes and Claire Levins, both
of Charlotte, as her attendants.
Tom Hughes of Charlotte served
the bridegroom as best man.
The bride was graduated from
Kings Mountain High School
and was presented at the Junior
Charity Debutante Ball in
Shelby. She received her degree
from 'C.P.C.C.: and was
graduated from Presbyterian
Hospital School of
Histotechnology. She is
employed by Charlotte
Memorial Hospital.
The bridegroom is a graduate
of Garringer High School and
Central Piedmont Community
College, majoring in engineering.
He is employed by Wenco, Inc.
of Charlotte.
The couple are making their
home 1310 Burlwood Road,
Concord.

p.m. Featured groups will be
“The Winkler’s Grove Quartet”
of Hickory and “The Rebels
