graduate of South Point High School and Kings College. In
high school. she was a cheerleader, member of the student
council, French Club, Interact Club and Homecoming Court.
She is employed by J.E. Pope Inc. of Charlotte. She is the
granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. F.J. Barnhill. The prospective
bridegroom is a graduate of Kings Mountain High School and
Western Carolina University. In high school. he was a member
of the tennis team and band. He is employed by Duke Power
Company.
