NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE FOR NON-PAYMENT OF 1982 CITY OF KINGS MOUNTAIN TAXES Under by virtue of the power vested in me by the laws of the state of North Carolina, particuarly by Chapter 806 of the ses- sion of laws of 1972, as amended by Chapters 931, 932, 1121, 1162 and 1163 of the session laws of 1973 and pursuant to an order of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Kings Moun- tain, North Carolina, I will offer for sale and will sell at public auction for cash to the highest bidder. at city hall door in the City of Kings Mountain, North Carolina, at 10 a.m. on Monday. June 13, 1983, liens upon the real estate described below Iden- tification of the real estate, the name of the person listing same and the amount of the lien is shown below. Reference is made to the office of Register of Deeds of Cleveland County and in the office of the Tax Supervisor of this city for more par- ticular description of said real estate. The amount of the lien will be increased by interest and costs and the omission of in- ‘terest and costs from the City of Kings Mountain claims for these items.
