Many of the restaurants will offer a breakfast menu beginning at 7 a.m. Golden Fried Chicken of America, the purchaser of Hol- ly Farms, is an Austin, Texas- based fried chicken chain. They are quickly becoming known for their superior pro- duct and unusual dedication to quality, service and cleanliness. Charlotte - If you happen to stop by the Holly Farms fried chicken restaurant in a month or two, you may be surprised. It was announced today, in Charlotte, that Golden Fried Chicken of America has pur- chased the Holly Farms chain of fried chicken restaurants. What that means to you is that during the next six mon- ths + the Holly Farms restaurants will undergo renovation and reopen under the Golden Fried Chicken name. Instead of the Holly Farms .
