They included Arlene Smith, Benita Moffitt, Eric Wright, and Lynn Walters, of Scissors-Smith, and Martha Jane Mauney Glad- den. The “Bob look” and hair gloss- ing and hairlighting is the hair fashion news for Summer 1984, according to Mrs. Smith. “The bod has many different looks and can be anything from a very short layered look to a shoulder length look, layered or blunt,” according to Mrs. Smith. She says that most women like this style because it’s very easy to take care of. The bob can also be pinned back or feathered at the top. Hair glossing and highlighting is also in the fashion news for this summer. Mrs. Smith said that most styles take on the carefree, easy care look for this season.
