Cansler St., was admitted to Kings Mountain Hospital after ap- parently suffering a heart attack at the wheel of his car Friday. Mr. Price was driving his 1973 Plymouth on West Gold Street at 3:20 p.m. Police said the car hit a tower pole guide wire. Damages were estimated at $175. Several other accidents, in which high property damages were involved, also occurred on Friday, June 1. A 1974 Ford owned by Bar- bara King, 609 Temple Street, rolled out of gear across her driveway and hit a tree in a neighbor’s yard. The camp is open to second graders through rising sophomores. Instruction will be broken down into weight categories. Registration will be held on Mon., June 18 from 9 a.m: until 9:30. Bible School Resurrection Lutheran Church will host a joint Vaca- tion Church School the week of June 11-15. Participating chur- ches will be Central United Methodist, First Presbyterian, Resurrection Lutheran, St. Mat- thew’s Lutheran and Trinity Episcopal Churches. “Come join in the fun, music and worship from 9 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. each day on the theme, Followers of Jesus,” said a church spokesman. To climax the school week on Friday there will be a cookout at Lake Crawford. Rides will be provided for all students and teachers. House Of Prayer Services Set Rev. Henry Hasting and Rev. Robert Wright will lead a week of revival services beginning Sunday at House of Prayer on Highway 18 in Shelby. Services will be held nightly at 7 p.m. through June 15th and special - song services will be featured. The public is invited to attend. Wesleyans Set Bible School First Wesleyan Church will sponsor Bible School June 18-22 from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. A puppet show each day will feature the week’s activities. Young people are invited to participate. CLASS OF 1964 The KMHS Class of 1964 will hold its 20th year reunion Sat., June 16. Battleground, by thieves who broke into the building Wednes- day night, according to Marty Blanton, secretary to KMPD Chief Jackie Barrett. Police are continuing their in- vestigation. Heaters, air condi- tioners, heat pumps, welders and log splitters were among the items stolen. Other reports include: Terry Burton, 113 Morris St., reported theft of a bicycle valued at $75. Wanda McAbee, 804 Second St., reported the larceny of a car tag. John White, 810 Third St., reported the theft of a check from his mailbox.
