ALEXANDER July 4th in the U.S. is more than an opportunity for a parade and a pic- nic: it is the symbol of a special concept. The “‘American dream’ encompasses more than the goal of freedom from tyranny and the human ideals of democracy. It includes room for personal growth and economic success: the good life, if you can earn it. Part of the dream has been home ownership. This is a good year to buy a house. More and more people can afford }: to buy a piece of the dream--a median-priced new home--than at any time since 1978, the Wall Street Journal reported. Higher income levels and lower mortgage rates are credited with the change. If there are more buyers out there, it’s a good time to SELL a house, too. We'll help turn your property into a nice nest egg, using our real | estate knowhow to make the transaction easy and rewarding. When you're ready to sell your house, list with the experts at Alex- §!
